The Anniston Changers are back for another monthly service project, and this time we will be visiting the Lenlock community!
On Saturday, May 21st, we ask that you come and volunteer with us to clean-up the areas in Lenlock from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM!
Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of the old Lenlock shopping center, located at: 5818 McClellan Blvd, Anniston, AL 36207.

At this project, we will mainly be focusing on debris removal and litter pick-up! Thus, please bring landscaping tools and gloves! There will be some other tasks as well though, so feel free to come and help out in any way that you can!

It’s that time again! The Anniston Changers are back for another monthly service project!

On Saturday, March 26th, we ask that you come and volunteer with us to clean-up the Golden Springs area from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM! 

Volunteers will meet in the Donoho High School Parking Lot: 2501 Henry Rd, Anniston, AL 36207

After arriving at the school, volunteers will be shuttled out to clean-up the following areas: 

Raemon Road, Coleman Road/Warrior Road, Robertson Road, and Terry Road

Anniston Changers will be taking on TWO SITES for this month’s service project on Saturday, January 15th! Happy Holidays to you all! The Anniston Changers are back, and we are full of the holiday spirit! Thus, on Saturday, Dec. 18th, we will be teaming with the Salvation Army to volunteer as Bell Ringers at the Anniston Walmart (5560 McClellan Blvd, Anniston, AL 36206) from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM!

Anniston Changers is headed to Constantine Park for our next service project on Saturday, November 20th!  Our volunteers will be picking up litter, weeding, cutting grass, and more from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on November 20th!

The rain may have stopped us last month, but we are back at it again! The Anniston Changers 12th service project is coming to the Anniston Museums and Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 18th! Our volunteers will be pressure washing, doing trail work, picking up litter, sprucing up LaGarde Park, and more from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM!

Volunteers will meet in the Anniston Museum of Natural History parking lot located at: 800 Museum Dr, Anniston, AL 36206. 

Volunteers should bring any of the following if possible: Pressure Washers, gloves, sunscreen, Weed-Eaters, Gardening Tools, Chainsaws and/or any other equipment that could assist in trail clearing!

This project will focus on the 10th Street area of Anniston! Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of the 10th Street Elementary School, located at: 1525 E 10th St, Anniston, AL 36207.

This project will take place from 12:00PM until 2:00PM! We will be picking up litter throughout the 10th Street and Rocky Hollow areas, as well as cleaning brush and weeds from properties, and more! Thus, if you have any hedge clippers, weedeaters, or mowers, be sure to bring them!

Anniston Changers | McKleroy & Moore Community Service Project | 02/20/21

Gas up those weed eaters, dust off the work boots, and let a friend know that Anniston Changers is BACK! That’s right, on February 20th we will be hosting our 5th consecutive, community service project!

This project will focus on the Moore Avenue and McKleroy Avenue area! Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of  the Anniston Full Gospel Holy Temple Church, located at: 1824 Moore Ave, Anniston, AL 36201.

Unlike previous projects, this one will take place from 12:00PM until 3:00PM, which should provide us with much warmer weather! We will be picking up litter throughout the Moore and McKleroy area, cleaning brush and weeds from 5 properties, as well as constructing a wheelchair ramp at another property ! Thus, if you have any hedge clippers, weedeaters, or mowers, be sure to bring them!
