Join us for our annual Spring Plant Sale! We will have a variety of sun and shade plants, trees and shrubs, perennials and tropicals, hanging baskets, and houseplants. The Plant Sale will take place rain or shine! For this Member Exclusive day, Members must show their Anniston Museums and Gardens’ membership card. 

Salamanders!

Salamanders are unique amphibians that look like a cross between a frog and a lizard. Join us as we learn about these interesting creatures and meet a few as well! After that, take a hike on the lower nature trail with one of our Educational Interpreters as we look for salamanders in their natural habitat.

How they taste and smell, however, may surprise you! Learn how taste buds work and how smell and taste work together through a variety of activities and experiments including a smell scavenger hunt.
