Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Updates
The Anniston Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) offers exciting activities for residents of all ages. With 20 parks, over 6 community centers, and 2 golf courses, there is always something fun to do in Anniston!
Our Athletic Department hosts fall sports that include football, flag football, soccer, and softball. Winter sports include basketball and futsal (indoor soccer). Spring sports include baseball, t-ball, soccer, and softball. To register your child for our PARD sports, please click here. You may also contact our Athletic Director, Darren Spruill, for more information on our programs at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The PARD team also operates the Good Choices Program. We are very proud of this initiative, as it frequently puts on engaging activities for our youth, donation drives for those in need, and it offers Summer employment opportunities with the city to our local youth.
Our Aquatic and Fitness Center is a state of the art facility located at the Anniston Sports Complex on McClellan at 130 Summerall Gate Road. It features an indoor pool, fitness areas, group exercise classes, meeting space, recreational programs and more. It also handles all of our youth athletic registrations.
