Anniston Municipal Court is Criminal Court that handles Misdeameanor, Traffic Citations and City Ordinance Violations that occurred within the Anniston City Limits.

Monday thru Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Closed on weekends and holidays

Court is held  Wednesday of each week from 7 a.m. until Court is over. No continuance is granted by phone. 

Warrants are issued daily to the public as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
• Record Checks are done on the same schedule. We require picture I.D. and $10 for a record check.
