After a business license application is initially submitted to the Finance Department, it is forwarded to Planning and Development Services zoning approval and to both the Building Inspector and Fire Marshal. Each will contact the applicant to schedule an occupancy inspection. Both the Building Inspector and Fire Marshal must approve the occupancy prior to the issuance of a business license.
