Online Work Order Requests

Below, citizens may send work orders in to our Public Works Department. Work orders may be placed for such things as: Pot Holes, Bagged Leaf Pickup, Street Light Repair, and Sidewalk, Road, or Drainage Issues.

Requests for trash services (a new can, missed pickup of trashcan, bulk items, or roadside animal) must go to 121 Disposal at the contact information below: 256-251-3949 or anniston@121disposal.com.
