Water Aerobics
Description: 45 minutes to an hour of moderate exercise in the water. You do not have to be able to swim.

Water Fitness
Description: No music, just exercise and lots of fun, with proven results. Water Fitness uses the water as resistance and cushions joints simultaneously. Dual level workshout sessions, shallow and/or deep, enables workout options.

Aqua Zumba

Description: High intensity fitness that mimics an authentic cycling experience. Designed for all fitness levels, appealing to true cyclists and to those who crave an aerobic and anaerobic cardio experience.
